7.2/10

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and accommodating for my serious asthma issue, although a bit scatterbrained. The service was generally attentive, but some aspects like putting on ski boots were missed. The location was stunning but a bit far from other activities. The dining experience was just okay and quite expensive. Facilities were good overall.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were very spacious, with a king bed, two armchairs, and a fireplace. They had a full bath and included a huge tub, perfect for relaxation.
Service
7.0
The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, but the Living Room area felt understaffed given its popularity.
Location

The hotel is set in the gorgeous pine trees high up the mountain, accessible via a beautiful mountain road. While breathtaking, it's a bit isolated from other activities.
Dining

I dined twice in the restaurant for breakfast, and it was just okay, albeit very expensive. The weekday visit required an early arrival to order.

My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were abundant with amenities, nicely furnished, and so well appointed. While the dining experience was a bit overpriced and the breakfast options were limited, the service was exceptional, and the location was superb for a relaxing mountain getaway.

8.2/10

Staying at this hotel was quite nice and comfortable, with excellent bedding quality and cozy features. However, the live band playing directly below the suite at 7 pm was unexpected and a bit disruptive. The service was extremely attentive, but there was a small issue with wrong information provided to titanium members. The location is fantastic for outdoor activities, especially hiking, but some disposable items used due to the abundance of children and pets may not suit everyone. The dining experience was good overall, although some items were a bit overpriced.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were nothing special, just a bit bigger than an average Marriott, but the bedding quality and comfort were excellent.
Service
9.0
The service was extremely attentive, from valet to the wait staff, but there was a minor issue with the information provided to titanium members.
Location
9.0
The location is awesome, especially for skiing, with ski in ski out services, and the 'Living Room' setup around the gigantic fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere.
Dining
7.0
Dining options around the firepit and out on the slopes were enjoyable, although some items were a bit pricey.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offers various facilities like a free shuttle service and a ski pass vendor, enhancing the overall experience.
